Our Service

We offer excellent technical support and friendly help to trained users who pay an annual support fee for their installed system, or who subcribe to our ASP On-Line System.

Support is available free to these users during normal business hours Monday to Friday 9.00 to 17.00.

Getting Help

We at Sensible People want to provide you, a valued Freehand Clinic Manager client, with a friendly and efficient response to requests for support and assistance, or to any other contact we have with you.

To help us do this we have set up centralised systems which enable you to get a message to us that can be picked up by any member of our team, no matter where they are. This will speed up the response we can give you as you will not have to wait for any particular person to be available.

Freehand User Help Pages
